Meet the founder

Marianne Macdonald is the founder and CEO of The 350 Club, the closed platform enabling global board members and senior leaders to connect and collaborate privately. It has more than 1,000 members across 98% of the FTSE 100 and 23% of the CAC 40, 19% of the Euronext 100, 15% of the DAX, 9% of the S&P 100 and 5% of the BEL20.

Marianne has spent 20 years in the board space, including seven years in the board practice of The Zygos Partnership, which was the leading UK board search firm in the non-executive space prior to its sale to Russell Reynolds.

In her earlier career she was an award winning broadsheet journalist. She has a First in English from New College, Oxford and lives in London.
