It allows them to display the full range of their capabilities and experience (such as languages, listing experience, index experience, background) to ensure they are considered for all relevant searches. It ensures that members are always visible to the search group, and to those it is harder to reach directly, such as private equity firms.
It also allows the members to speak directly to the search and private equity firms about their current situation and capacity, and equally allows the search partners to effectively assess scale and fit. The Directory only works with experienced board search firms and highly regarded private equity firms globally, to ensure members are contacted for the right kind of searches and not pestered.

Classic membership: £295 per annum
If you opt for classic membership you will get a state of the art profile but can display up to three of your skillsets and three of the sectors you've worked in. Creation of and updates to your profile will be promoted to all of our search partners by newsletter and you will be eligible to join the 350 Club, the online community for board members and leaders for free. You can also see how often your profile has been viewed for searches.
Gold membership: £495 per annum
If you are more actively looking for roles, you may wish to opt for the gold plan. This gives you detail of which search and private equity firms have viewed you. It also gives you the ability to display up to eight skillsets and eight sectors on your profile and indicate specific roles you are interested in. The gold plan will also allow search and private equity firms to upvote you to their colleagues, placing you at the top of their relevant Directory searches.
